Negativity is pushed at us every day...health scares, war, crime, financial instability, political fighting. I found myself waking up at night with anxiety about it all. I decided I needed to look for more balance in my life and challenged myself to try to post a picture of something positive every day. It's already made a difference in that I'm seeking out the beauty in my day as I decide what to photograph. It's reminded me of how amazing my life is to me and how grateful I am.
